Only those candidates who have passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering are eligible to register for Electro Technical Officer (ETO) programme. In India, AMET University (Chennai), Tolani Maritime Institute etc are some of the top institutes that offer a course in ETO.
