I am Pragna from Karnataka with 420 marks in NEET 2025. I am a Telugu Minority, HK. Can I get an MBBS seat?

Dear Student,

It is very difficult to get into a government medical college with 420 marks in NEET 2025, even for an HK + Telugu Minority student. To be considered for admission, you are expected to get over 490 marks in NEET 2025. Some colleges that can be considered for admission through this score are:

• A J Institute of Medical Sciences (Mangalore)

• Subbaiah Institute of Medical Sciences (Shimoga)

• East Point College (Bangalore)

• KVG Medical College (Sullia)

• Navodaya Medical College (Raichur)

Having said that, do apply in all the NEET 2025 Counselling rounds, including mop-up and stray vacancy. You may get a seat in the government college!
