IIM Udaipur offers Executive MBA but why is it not showing on the official website?

Hi Pursuing MBA after completing graduation is a good decision as it broadens the placement opportunities for you. In general you need to have a good score in graduation to pursue MBA but in LPU (a premier academic institution with world class infrastructure) you need to qualify LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) which is considered for offering Scholarship as well as determining Eligibility for admission in various programmes and at least 55% score in graduation. After qualifying LPUNEST you need to appear for an interview. LPUNEST is exempted for the candidates who have qualified the national level tests CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT. LPU offers MBA in different specializations like Financial Markets, Hospital & Health Care Management, Logistics And Supply Chain Management, Tourism And Hospitality Management, International Business. Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, International Business, Human Resource, etc. LPUs Mittal School of Business is accredited by ACBSP (USA). Student may avail an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. There is also an international credit transfer programme that allows a LPU student transfer to a foreign partner university after spending generally half the program duration at LPU. Exhaustive preparatory sessions are conducted before the placement drives of leading brands and major recruiters like Trident Group, Colgate Palmolive, Phonepe, Marico Ltd., Ernst and Young, Accenture, Flipkart, Wipro, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, ITC Limited, Bajaj Allianz, MRF, etc. so that more students can secure good placement offers at dream packages with such brands. Dear applicant, Being a management student of this university, I would say a big NO if you really wanted to do MBA than just go for LPU it is best university for management and yes for other subjects also. Industrial exposure, Internships are there and moreover best placements opportunities for management students are there in the university. According to LPU officials they usually say that they provide 100% placements to all the eligible and placement aspiring candidates. 500+ companies visit to the campus and university provide them the best of the candidates who are already industry ready. People who think that they can study from where ever and it will be best for them, then I am sorry to say this, that if u what to study for just a piece of a paper then please go ahead these universities/collages are no harm.

Dear Student,

Yes, IIM Udaipur does offer an executive MBA and it is there on the official website. It is known as the 'One Year MBA in Global Supply Chain Management'. It is offered in partnership between IIM Udaipur and the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. You can pursue MBA GSCM one semester at Purdue University or you can study the entire course in India and have a two-week international stay abroad as a part of the course.
