? I would say there’s nothing like better or worse when it comes to streams. It’s all about which field you are most interested in and you are ready to devote your coming years to. The question now reduces to questioning yourself as to which stream you would love to go for. MBA is a broad field of study as it can lead you anywhere you want to specialize. MBA is one of the most popular management courses in India, and it has its prestige. The demand for MBA grads is witnessing a steady increase due to the number of startups India has begun to invest in. Many students dream of holding an MBA degree and bagging a good job in one of the top companies in the country. But not everyone is lucky enough to live this dream and see it come true. I will be advise you to do your degree from Geeta University which is a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training.

Hi Mayank, persuing MBA after engineering is a great choice to make. Your consideration for MBA in finance or Operations is going to be an advantageous choice in terms of your career growth. While you are considering to choose any one of the specialization why not choose a college that would provide you a dual specialization providing equivalent opportunities in both the streams backed by your engineering background. IMS Ghaziabad offers to its students dual specialization, also available in finance and operations. Since both the specializations are major you will have the option to take placement in either of streams. To top your qualifications IMS offers various Value Added Certification Programmes in collaboration with MSME India like Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Digital and Social Media Marketing, etc.. to enhance your resume and making you industry ready. The average package at IMS Ghaziabad is around 6.5 lakhs and the highest being 20 lakhs. Considering the combination of Finance and Operations, it is becoming the trending combinations that is being asked for by the companies offering a really good placement. Dear Student,

MBA in Finance and MBA in Operations are vastly different specializations that will open up very different career opportunities for you. If money is the only factor, then Finance would be a better-suited specialization as it has a higher average salary. However, an MBA in Operations would be more justifiable considering your Mechanical Engineering background. You may also be able to use your background as leverage to get into a better college if you choose Operations. However, there are still a number of factors to consider before choosing your MBA specialization. I would suggest first think clearly about your goals and the field in which you wish to make a career and gathering information about these courses to make a better decision. You can check the following article for reference:
