To get admission in the SJC Institute of Technology, you should have passed the KCET/ COMEDK/AIEEE exam. To be eligible for admission to the engineering programs you should have passed 10+2/equivalent with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of these subjects: chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, electronics, biology, and an aggregate percentage of 45% in English (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
