No idea about NIMS, since, the question is about Btech, I would suggest LPU for Btech courses. Kindly specify the programme name of a BTech programme you are interested in so that I can help you with this. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Thanks

Cant say about NIMS which has been ranked below 150, but LPU has been ranked 79th overall ! So, its better to try LPU !
