Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) is a four-year paramedical degree programme that deals with the study and treatment of hearing and speech impairments, and balance disorders. The subjects of study in BASLP course include Linguistics, Acoustics and Psychology.

The eligibility criteria for admission into a BASLP course is mostly the same across most of the colleges.

  • 10+2 with at least 50% marks

  • The subjects studied in 10+2 must include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology (some colleges do allow students who have not studied Bio in Class 12th)

  • Some colleges may also require applicants to have an English-language academic background
