It seems you have confused the 2 colleges due to the similarity in their names. However, as per your query, IGNOU offers B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) course. And as for the Indira Gandhi (IGES) Institute Of Nursing & Health Sciences courses, the GNM course is offered at the UG level in the field of nursing.
