Is Domicile Certificate necessary for BE admissions?

A Domicile Certificate is required only if you are taking admission to the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course through the state counselling process. Usually, this requires you to take admission using your state rank.
