Dear student,

If you want to pursue a course in Engineering - Maths is a very important requirement. To get admission into an engineering course, you will have to appear for an entrance exam, for instance, JEE Mains that includes concepts from Maths, Physics and other applicable sciences.

To get complete details on JEE Mains, click below:

However, another option for you (considering you have not studied Maths at 10+2 level), you can opt for the following courses:

  • Bachelor of Science in Genetics (B.Sc. (Genetics)) - 3 years
  • Bachelor of Science Honors in Genetics (B.Sc (Hons.) Genetics) - 3 years

Eligibility:

Should have completed higher secondary examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Additionally, some of the colleges also conduct an aptitude test for admission in B.Sc Genetics degree course.

Some good colleges offering these courses:

    • Government Science College, Karnataka
    • University of Delhi
    • I.M.S University
    • Maharshi Dayanand University
    • Guru Nanak Dev University

Other colleges for courses in Genetics at the undergraduate level - check the list in the link given below:
