Yes, you can exit the Karnataka NEET counselling after the second round. However, students who are allotted a seat in the second or subsequent rounds will have their security deposit forfeited if they exit.
If you have been allotted a seat in the First or Second Round & wish to surrender or cancel the seat before the last date notified for entry of options for the Second Extended Round / Casual Vacancy Round, then, Rs.5,000/- will be deducted as a processing fee and the remaining fee will be refunded. If you surrender or cancel the seat after the completion of the Second Extended Round / Casual Vacancy Round you will forfeit the entire fee paid.
