Hello Jigyasa,   Amity University Patna offers various courses under master's and bachelor's degrees including Law. It offers two courses under the degree for Law B.A.LL.B (Hons) and BBA LL.B. (Hons). Unfortunately, both courses allow only English as a teaching language. You can opt for any other university that offers Law in Hindi as a teaching language.
