My AUCET rank is 59 but my final year UG degree result is yet to be declared. Am I eligible to take part in the AUCET counselling process?

Dear student, first of all, many congratulations on clearing the AUCET 2020 exam and that too with such a good rank. Secondly, yes you are eligible to participate in the AUCET counselling process even though your final year qualifying degree exam results not declared. However, you will be given provisional admission first based on your AUCET rank and your admission will be confirmed after you submit your final year UG degree certificate.
