Question : What is the placement of mechanical engineering

- AdminUpdated On June 08, 2022 01:26 AM

The most crucial and optimal stage of your career would be the final year of your graduation and the one following that. If you have to spend that 2 years of valuable time in the search of a job. Having an offer through campus placements, you can try out your hands on any other fields if you are keen about; entrepreneurship or any competitive exam ( which you are not sure of making through or continuing with ) or anything else for that matter. In case of any fallback, you have this option to take up thereby avoiding the turmoil of “ job search “ and the family/peer stress if you had to face with. GU Panipat has a remarkable placement record as the institute invited leading companies to form different sectors. The faculty and placement team help students build industry-specific skills for better placement opportunities. Not only that but the university provides 100% assistance related to placements. The whole curriculum is structured in a way that enables students to develop both soft skills as well as hard skills. . Here is the list of companies visiting Geeta university for the placement purpose: • Flipkart • Red Hat • Cisco • Allsec technologies • TCS • Oracle • and many more

LPU has one of the best placement records in the whole of India and that is why students want to join LPU to get placed. Right from Google to Microsoft, LPU alumni are working with the top brands at the package of 1 crore and above. Annually, more than 450 brands come to LPU to recruit the students, where 90% of them are MNCs. Moreover, 800+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. Over the last three years, Cognizant alone has recruited 1900+ students from LPU campus and has been titled with the “Most Employable Students” consecutively twice in a row by the India's top talent company “Aspiring Minds”. Barring few names in south, there are hardly any college which can boast of such tall records.

I am an alumni of LPU and I have seen the actual reality in the LPU. First of all, LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) such as Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions etc. And generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session.
