Types of Medical Entrance Exams in India

1. NEET Exam  (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test): NEET Exam stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test that students have to appear after higher secondary to get admission in UG B.Sc courses at medical colleges. Students will have to study 10+2 with the PCB stream and must have at least 50% marks to gain admission. 
2. AIIMS Nursing Entrance Exam: The AIIMS BSc nursing entrance exam is conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences for admissions to B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing and B.Sc. (Post Basic) Nursing courses at medical. Students must pass with 50% marks in the PCB stream in a general category and 40% marks in the reserved category to qualify for B.Sc nursing courses. 
3. PGIMER Nursing Entrance Exam: PGIMER is held by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research for various nursing programs. Female students must complete 10+2 within the science stream with biology to qualify for this examination.
