• Date of Birth Certificate / SSC Certificate.
• Intermediate / 10+2 Certificate.
• Degree/ PG (the relevant subject of Pedagogy) Year-wise/Consolidated mark sheets.
• Integrated Caste Certificate if applicable.
• Medical Board Certificate (for PH candidates issued by Competent Authority)
