Dear student,
Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) and Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) are both good options. In comparison though, we will suggest you to go for BAMS as Ayurveda seems to be more trusted by people in general. So from a career & practice point of view, we think it will hole you in good stead. However, understand that both these fields require you to go deep down in studies, and the entire course can be equally strenuous (if not more) as MBBS.
Although, if you look from a global perspective, the demand for either BAMS or BHMS is pretty low. In India, yes, there is a targetted market for it, but if you abroad, you will find that the demand is negligible. So make your choice carefully, think of the ROI on whichever course you decide to pursue.
Good luck!
