Angana has been working as a Senior Content Writer of the NEWS TEAM with Collegedekho since March 7, 2022. Angana completed her B.Sc and M.Sc in Economics. She started her career as an academic content writer. After that, she moved to Web Content Writing. In the Ed-Tech industry, Angana has been associated for 5 years. Before CollegeDekho, Angana was dealing with the Articles and news related to the government exam, recruitment exam, marks vs percentile analysis, rank analysis etc. Being a content marketer there, she used to check the website's performance over time constantly, and for the same, she knew the performance of Google Analytics and how it works. 

Now she only covers news related to Engineering, Management, Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Board Exams, Law, etc. More specifically, she has to cover news as well as live updates on any current events (for eg: Release of Admit Card, Result, Counselling, and Admission process, etc). Angana has expertise in covering the Live updates, for instance, JEE Main day and shift-wise exam analysis and answer key coverage. So that the candidates from the upcoming session will get a fair idea about the question pattern. Besides working with the Ed-Tech sector, Angana has experience working with an e-commerce platform as a freelancer. She has expertise in technical and creative writing. 

Angana completed her three-year Bachelor of Science in Economics from Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendra Nath College, and after that, enrolled for a two-year Master of Science in Economics from West Bengal State University. She secured First Class both in Graduation and post-graduation for her academic excellence.  

Apart from the academic qualification, Angana is well-talented in extracurricular activities. She participated multiple times in singing and recitation competitions and won medals from there. She also has a hobby of listening to music. It’s a therapy to get to keep her away from her monotony. She loves to listen mainly Sufi, Ghazal songs.

At the start of her professional career, Angana used to write articles on Economics and Statistics. Since she has a specialization in Econometrics, hence, she was capable of dealing with Statistical topics. In addition, Angana was able to run SPSS statistical software. Apart from this, she started to work freelancing as a web content writer. Since then, Angana found interest in getting into the Ed Tech field permanently and started to curate content for them.
