Can I have the dates and schedule for PhD programme at IIM Trichy along with the selection process?

Dear Student,

The last date to apply for FPM admissions at IIM Trichy is over now. However, we can tell you about the selection process so that you can plan accordingly for the next year. The selection process for PhD admissions at IIM Trichy is as follows

Stage 1- Candidates will have to submit the application form and all relevant documents such as academic records, certificates, qualifying exam scores, application fees etc. All of this will be evaluated and then on the basis of it, a shortlist will be prepared. Those who qualify will be shortlisted for the next stage.

Stage 2-  In this stage, the candidate will have to visit IIM T campus and this process usually takes place in March. In this stage, a research aptitude exam and an area interview will take place. Research Aptitude exam is a written exam which is conducted for testing the candidate's aptitude in a particular specialisation. The candidates who clear the written test will have to appear for a personal interview with members who are experts in their chosen area of specialisation.

Stage 3- This is the last stage of the admission process in which the candidates who were shortlisted during stage 2 will have to appear for a personal interview round with the Fellow Program Committee. Those who clear this round will be given an offer of admission for FPM at IIM Trichy.
