I got VLSI in NIT Nagaland for m.tech through GATE. I want to know that I'll get stiphend or not?

If you want to avail stipend, you will have to register for the PMRF (Prime Minister’s Research Fellow) scheme through which you can get a monthly stipend of 70,000 to 80,000.
