Again, all depends on your skill-set and interest. If you wish to get into te business aspect, then you should go for an MBA and if you wish to stick to the technical domain, then go for an M. Tech.
As far as a job is concerned, you should be more concerned about what your strengths are. If you like to take business-related decisions, then definitely opt for an MBA. A word of advice from us - don't jump into something because the whole world is doing so.
