Yes, the minimum age criteria for GNM admissions in India is 17 years so if you are born in 2003 and you are 17 years age of at the time of admission then you are eligible

GNM is a three and half year diploma course with the eligibility of 10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. The age limit is a minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 30 years. This course is for both male and female students. ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery): The duration of this program is 18 months.
