Yes, your daughter can pursue electrical engineering after clearing 12th standard examinations with PCM. Along with this, she would have to have computer science as a subject. You can take admission to B.Tech Electronics & Communication program for which the minimum eligibility is to pass 12th in Science with 50% minimum aggregate. However, since you belong to OBC category, you will have 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate criteria. This means you will have to acquire a minimum aggregate of 45%.
In order to get admission to Global Institute, you will have to fill the application form (online or offline), visit the campus, submit the documents and pay the admission fee to complete the admission.
