NIT Srinagar website mentioned that there is no accomodation for MSC and PhD scholar students then where the can live and what are the extra expenses for that

Dear Student, 

As per the NIT Srinagar's website,  there is no on-campus accommodation for MSc and PhD scholars; you will need to arrange for off-campus housing. The expense for off-campus accommodation can range from 4000 to 12000 (as per your choice of room/pg/flat) and food & transportation can cost your around INR 4000 to 6000, which makes it a total of INR 8000 to INR 18000.
