I have been in LPU so I can vouch on their practices that they are implementing and I have witnessed their effort for students. LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :- • The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelor’s degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. • LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship. • Some national level tests like JEE mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT, NMAT, GPAT, GATE etc. • Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. • Board Toppers • For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities • Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable.
