LPU provides safe and secure environment to each and every person as they provide 24x7 Security services, CCTV surveillance, electricity backup, water supply, WIFI, Water purifier, Mess, Laundry, Departmental store, Gym & many more in the campus. LPU have very good placement numbers & rankings for the students. More than 1000 companies visit LPU every year for the recruitment of the students & internships. Well, as an alumnus of LPU I can give a better answer to this. Believe me, LPU is very close to my heart, It is just like my home away from Home.I still remember my hostel life which i Spent here. And if I talk about its faculty these are really mind-blowing.I have no words to explain my feelings for them but yes I am always Thankful for them because only because of my faculty today I am seeing my bright future. Being a student of LPU, I can explain you better. Yes, placements is not that easy task to do but if you are career oriented and make small small goals to achieve big in life then you can easily get placed in not only one company but in 3-4 companies because in LPU tons of companies come every year for placements. University conduct PEP classes, mock interview classes, webinars, workshops, guest lecture from expert students kept on participating in these activities by which their skill will be enhancing and their personality comes across better. The key points for students: • Attend all the lectures, maintain the attendance always and CGPA • Attend all the personal enhancement classes by which you work on your personality and soft skill. • Just believe in yourself and don’t depend on short cuts there is no short cut in life, do hard work keep on do that after you become pro in that then do smart work it will best for you own career. For each programme fee structure is different scholarships are different. Being an LPU student, in my opinion fees of LPU is very genuine for each and every programme. As Punjab is in north zone of India it has almost every climate like summer, winter, rainy, spring and monsoon. If you are not from Punjab then it would be different and, in my opinion, extremely amazing experience for you. You can appreciate each of the three seasons separately since they are so clearly separated from one another. Due to its north-eastern location, Punjab has extremely hot summers and cold winters. The largest institution in India, LPU, is made even more beautiful by its infrastructure. Three large libraries, technologically sophisticated labs, and a fully wi-fi-enabled campus are all features of LPU. Programme fees: Fees differ from program to program, I talk about the scholarship, they are based upon financial aid, based upon LPUNEST, defence bases, previous qualification based, achievement and in some course’s sports based also. LPU has the best infrastructure with all the facilities. Either I talk about academics or extra curricular activities, no one can beat them. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. If I talk about faculty, they all are well qualified and most of them are Ph.Ds. The next point is the safety of the students and the staff for which at every 100m security guard is there and the campus is totally equipped with cameras. If anyone wants to study, I would recommend joining this University.

In my opinion LPU has steeply climbed the success chart. The thing that interests me is the accolades it has gathered regarding the placements of its students is really worth an applaud, as it was in the news that a girl from LPU has grabbed a whooping 42LPA package from Microsoft. LPU holds placement drives and internships with the giant techs and conducts many seminars and workshops from industry experts. Such students would put the future economy at ease as the way the students undergo rigorous training for their all round development is really incredible. It is for such reasons the the news is buzzing about their feats. Another thing is unity in diversity which can be seen in LPU where the students of so many countries study and stay together in the campus. The events also show case the combined talent of the Indian and the NRI students. the students learn so much from the culture of each other. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and students, shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM, etc. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from top-ranked universities all over the world such as IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc. Faculty gives you proper knowledge about your queries no matter how many time you ask. Placement: Companies like Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, CEAT, Rallis India, etc. visit LPU for recruitment purposes. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the. Infrastructure lovely professional university infrastructure is definitely state of the art, one of the biggest & best in the world spread over 600 acre. University has almost al the facilities are must for student. Facilities in classroom which matter the most are very advanced like smart classes with projectors. Outside of classrooms, it provides all the facilities let it be form restaurants, ATM's, bowling alley, hospital ,banks etc.. Academics The most critical factors of college life, due to its huge linkages with the corporate world, LPU upgrades its curriculum continuously to keep up with the demands of corporate which will ultimately hire the LPU students. They follow experiential learning techniques which make it easy for students to understand the difficult and complex parts of curriculum. Placements More than 800 companies visit the campus for recruitment from various disciplines. More than 70 o0ffer upwards of 10 LPA and placements are lead by Microsoft at 42LPA ! Its easier for LPU to have such large number of recruiters on campus because of success of a large number of its Alumni in corporate. So, the placements are extremely good, though it is desired that every student must give his/her best, I have seen the average students also excelling well. The campus placements in the LPU is always above 90 percent. Value-for-money The university provides a huge scholarship to the students performance in JEE mains, CAT, MAT, CEED. UCEED etc for relevant programs, and it runs a largest scholarship scheme of its kind in the country on the basis of LPUNEST. Not only these, it has a large number of other scholarships too. Living the LPU life is what no university will tell you about. As far as education is concerned it is good in those prospects. You will be given ample opportunities and variety of courses to study apart from your regular curriculum. Since number of students are high, you have to work hard to grab the opportunities. Many co-curricular activities are also available within the campus. Everything you require for your basic needs are available in the campus be it hospital,mall,food kiosks etc. People complaining about strict timings what else do you expect when the university is located isolated on highway. Coming to placements they are good. Be sure to have no backlogs or reappears by the time you complete your 3 year. Many companies visit the campus and average package of 3–4 lakhs is given. Big package company also arrive in campus but it depends how brushed are your skills to grab the opportunity. Hostel life is the one students enjoy the most about LPU. Every hostel has its positives and negatives, but the one who lived here had experienced the best according to there comfort. You will meet plenty of new people, make a quite good bunch of friends. To talk about some unique things I have noticed about this university are: Has a diverse culture, 6000+ international students, from more than 70 countries, that must be a great experience to study is such an environment. Studies and placements are at top in the university. Apart from that i am sharing some of the unique facts of university. Nobody cares, how you showcase yourself, its normal or something not new, meaning you can rock sunglasses, ripped jeans, you are jamming with your friends somewhere, enjoying your music with blue-tooth speakers , I think you got the idea. You are free to express yourself, without being complimented or talked on. The university is big, I mean massive, you wont ever get bored, you are free to roam , for boys even it nights. I saw boys playing badminton in the middle of night, some chatting, some having gossips, enjoying music all around the university. This university never sleeps. There is something for every one, painting, dancing, singing, learning guitars, drums, you name it, from snooker clubs, Fitness centers, Skating zone, bowling alleys, gaming zones, shooting range, indoor and outdoor games, big playgrounds, separate for boys and girls, more than 300 shops all around the university includes Dominos, CCD, restaurant as well. They even have a massive indoor swimming pool being built right now and big cricket stadium. And many more. I get to know when I visited to enroll myself … It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to see the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. Being an alumni I would like to answer this. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology’s Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculties are highly qualified, most of the faculties have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. I am 2017 B.tech-MBA passout student of LPU and I think I am in a best position to answer this question as I have seen the mercurial rise of this top notch private university from the past five years. There are certain aspects to be considered about the university to give a review, they are as follows - Hostel Life - LPU provides the largest accommodation facility all over the India with around 20000 vacancies in a hostel. Hostel Life is the best learning phase as I learnt lot many things there. AC , Non- AC rooms are provided with proper lighting facilities and room is quite spacious. Departmental Stores are opened for 24 hrs inside the hostel where you can get most of the things. Proper playgrounds for basketball, football, cricket, tennis, skating etc. are provided. Hostel competitions are held twice a year. Academics - Although, I found b.tech faculties bit low on energy but yes they were hard-working. Day by day they are improving as students feedbacks are playing a key role in their improvement. They are easily approachable and ready to face challenge. Coming to MBA, I guess the think tank behind MBA has worked day and night for hiring such an amazing and outstanding faculties. Each and every faculty is gem in their own right. They are true professionals and they are just majestic in dealing different things. Everyday , good students will find something new to learn. Serious students would definitely see a bright change after doing MBA there. English would get improved and overall personality will shine. Also, there are certain criteria for clearing the subjects, so, you have to keep that in mind and prepare yourself. Otherwise, three chances are provided before wearing a crown of backlogger. You can also improve your grades by filling improvement option( not provided by many universities). Placements- In India, most of the people judge any college on the basis of placements. So, here we are. In North India, LPU has made a hat-trick of best placements among private universities in terms of no. of students placed. Placement team has got the best men at helm who work really hard to call good companies at fairly decent package if not great. B.tech CSE has got the best placement record in the campus. In CSE, students get placements just like a hot cake is sold in market. MBA has also got a good placement record. Problems are only for ones looking for Civil Engineering. Otherwise, if u r serious enough, then u would get some healthy bucks initially. Placement preparatory classes are organised for students where students are given some helpful inputs from different faculties. They also call outside trainers to provide classy inputs and yes they are quite helpful. Push is always there by this university and you have to admire that this university puts such humongous efforts for the Placements. Infrastructure - WOW!! , Beautiful!!, Awesome!! , these are some adjectives used by students to describe the infrastructure of the university. Students feel proud to get such an amazing infrastructure in the university. Lot of money has been invested in this regard. Distraction - Yes , for me, it is an important aspect because students are surrounded by distractions outside the college. Smoking, drinking, charas, gaanja are very common terms for students there. Lot of students lost their plot in the mid because of all these obnoxious stuffs but again it all depends on you. It is very easy to get lost in between there. Jalandhar city is also not that great to roam. Post degree - Yes, this university takes care of its alumni by organising meets at some beautiful cities like London, Sydney, New York, Melbourne etc. Amazing!!! Isn't it?? Co- cirricular activities - Apart from study, Lpu organises different activities where students can learn and excel , be it singing, dancing, modelling, band show, sports etc. They are quite classy and you would thoroughly enjoy it. Atlast, I would say, I love my university, the five years there were best days of my life. I am different altogether, highly positive, highly energetic!!! They instilled a hunger of success inside me which wouldn't​ die.

I get to know when I visited as an educational consultant over there for my one pf my workshops. It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines.LPU campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to see the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. Faculty Most of the faculty members are from IIT, IIIT,NIT, IIM or from elite Schools (India/Abroad. They have a decade of experience. The faculty is really helpful. Even they help students after regular university hours In every section they have 40–60 Students which helps teachers to focus on focus on each student. Placements On average, more than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU.LPU provides placements to the maximum it has record-breaking placements in MBA approximately 98% of students got placed in top companies in the year 2020. Life at LPU is very happening. The first reason is that there is a lot of cultural diversity. You can find students from all parts and backgrounds of India. Other than that, there are students from many foreign countries as well who come to study at LPU. Before we move to any other aspects, let us discuss the most important thing first – studies. The academic life at LPU is busy. You have classes for 7 to 8 hours a day, which include practical learning as well as classroom learning. The case study method is also used, and exposure to the industry is provided. There are workshops and guest lectures organised from time to time, which make studying fun. The campus has a big library that has all the books and magazines you could possibly want. The evening time is a very happening time on the campus. All the students have attended their classes and are out for eating or chilling with friends. Coming to the non-academic life, the university organises events and competitions from time to time that keeps you busy. They also help you learn and explore. The time of the cultural fest Youth Vibe is the most enjoyable time in the university. There are also other cultural fests One World and One India. Coming to campus life, I stayed at the university hostel and had a marvellous time there. The campus of Lovely Professional University is great! There is everything you could possibly need on the campus itself. There are banks, salons, shopping mall, ATMs, etc. There are facilities to play sports like cricket, basketball and fun games like bowling, skating, snooker, etc. Coming to food, well, it could be a bit disappointing for non-vegetarians as LPU is a vegetarian campus. But there’s a huge variety of vegetarian food. From North Indian to African to Chinese to Italian, all kinds of cuisines are available on the campus. The mess food is also decent. If you want to avoid junk food, mess food will keep you full and healthy. The best part is that apart from all this, LPU also puts a lot of its focus on the placement of the students, be it for any course. There are training classes held for 3rd and 4th-year students that helps them prepare for the placement drive. They help the students strengthen their reasoning, analytical, aptitude, and communication skills. Hundreds of regional, national, and multi-national come and hire students with good packages. The university helps you improve your personality in 3 or 4 years of your course. I will highly recommend LPU to anyone who’s willing to take admission here.

I will share something which I experienced before getting admission in LPU. When I was about to complete my schooling, we(my family) started looking for a good college for myself. This is when one of my family friend told us about Lovely Professional University. Both of their children had graduated from LPU and they had some great things to say about the university. This is when we decided to visit the campus. We had a talk with the staff and faculty to know more about the university. In addition to this, we also had a talk with the students of the university. Hi. I did my Graduation (B.Com) and Post-Graduation (MBA) from Lovely Professional University so I believe i can tell you all the details. Frankly telling you, I was bit confused when I had to select a university for my graduation and one of my cousin told me about the LPU. I had certain doubts but after visiting LPU first time for counseling, all my doubts were cleared and I took the decision to join LPU. LPU has transformed me in many ways. And its not me only, if you ask any student of LPU you will get the same answer. To start with, if I talk about faculty of LPU, quite young and energetic faculty always ready to help students, listen to the students for any problem and teaches in very innovative ways. Curriculum is always updated as per industry demands. Every student is expected to give presentations through case study or group discussions. So actually students get more confidence and their analytical ability is developed. For me it was a very positive point that LPU is very much concerned about attendance and students need to attend all their classes. As I was a regular student so I enjoyed attending my all classes. If teacher go on leave then it was ensured that there will be no loss for the students so there will be make up class or adjustment classes. As classes are Air conditioned so we enjoyed a lot. Teachers are teaching through power point so sometimes when we were asked to give presentation so we also made PPTs and now I am expert in making PPTs. All thanks to my teachers. I was an introvert person but after joining LPU, i have been transformed to more confident girl. Coming to the Infrastructure of LPU, I must say it is the best. We were having few classes in Lecture halls of LPU and it was an amazing feeling. Tuck shop was there in our building only. Library was my favorite place to spend time during free lectures. Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium is the world class having huge capacity. All the major events happened there. I was a day scholar so I did not get the chance to stay in hostel but my friends told me many times that hostel life is amazing although rules are strict for attendance, leaves and turnstiles are there for entry and exit from hostel. During my Graduation I got myself registered for placements and the inputs I got for placements were just amazing. We had PEP classes, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Company/Industry specific sessions. I got job offer from two prestigious companies. But my father guided me to go for higher studies and then dropped the idea of job and applied for MBA in LPU. And Trust me I had taken the best decision of my life. One other important factor to take admission in LPU was its Ranking and Accreditations. Mittal School of Business is ACBSP accredited and if I will plan to settle abroad it is actually going to help me a lot. I always feel proud to be Alumni of LPU. LPU is a best private university of India. Lastly, the scholarship attracted me when I was comparing various universities. So I must say I am very much proud and satisfied Alumni of LPU and will suggest you to go for it.
