For study : I'm b.sc-agriculture student now what can I do in future

There are a lot of options present in the field of agriculture and you will have to weigh your options carefully according to your goals. You can choose to seek jobs in the field. Various jobs are available in this field in both government and the private sector.

Government jobs available in the field are State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Banks also recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts (generally dealing with Loans).

Talking about Private Sector jobs, graduates may find jobs as Managers at Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms, Agriculture Machinery Industries, Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food processing units etc. Average starting salary is generally between 2-4.5 Lakh Rupees per year.

Post Graduation:

If you wish to expand your knowledge in the field and want to pursue post graduation then you can do M.Sc. in Agriculture as well. However, a much beneficial career option in terms of jobs would be to  MBA in agribusiness and rural management.
