Scholarship 5 For Orphan Applicants: LPU offers a special scholarship scheme of full programme fee waiver in the programmes. The scholarship will be given to a maximum of 10 students on first come first serve basis subject to maximum of two candidates from one orphanage / organization. Hi there, I am not sure abut other universities, but yes, being a faculty of LPU I can surely tell you about scholarships of LPU. Here are the details. In a bid to owe the social responsibility towards the needy, and give a token to the meritorious, LPU offers a range of scholarships and financial aid. You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. However, the criteria are different for those who have sought admission through sports quota, board toppers, and performing arts. If you are a board topper and someone from the sports category and extracurricular performance category, you will have to either maintain a CGPA or keep performing in sports or extracurricular activities as the case may be. Otherwise, if you have got a scholarship through LPU NEST then you are not bound to maintain your academic or sports performance. There are other scholarships the university offers. LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to Indian resident orphan students whose both parents are dead. The university gives scholarships based on a first come first serve basis to 10 applicants. The candidate having a benchmark disability of more than 70% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of a full program fee waiver. However, the LPU committee scrutinizes the case. LPU offers exclusive Scholarship schemes for Tibetan Students studying in CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Schools and Students studying in different schools managed by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan where based on tests conducted in schools of the concerned organization and/or recommendation of the concerned authority of the organization, certain students may be offered full tuition fee waiver.

Dear Student,

If you want to get admission in Bharat Institute of Technology Meerut under a scholarship scheme, please note that AICTE has a TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) scheme, which is offered to 5% students in each student. In order to be eligible for TFW scheme, you will have to produce an Income Certificate/ Caste Certificate. This option is available only those who are economically weak.
