I Dont know about CU, However I can share the details of LPU. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.. The fee structure of the programme is Rs. 120000 per semester without any scholarship for the 2022-23 session. However, LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students based on good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement, etc. I recommend you visit the LPU website for more details of scholarships. The online application has already been started for this programme for the 2022-23 session. You can visit www.admission.lpu.in for an online application. Thanks

LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and lectures, LPU has experimented with books, interactive problem-solving interactions and working through real-world applications. LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :- • The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelor’s degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. • LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship. • Some national level tests like JEE mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT, NMAT, GPAT, GATE etc. • Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. • Board Toppers • For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities • Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable. The fees structure depends upon the scholarship applicable, as the scholarship amount is reduced from the fee of every semester.

The fee in LPU for B.Tech depends on what is your performance in 10+2 (Physics, Maths and English mandatory) and LPUNEST/JEE Mains as the scholarships are linked to it. LPU runs the largest scholarship scheme for its students in India, more than half the students avail the benefits of this scheme. This scholarship will be upto 35% of the total fee per semester depending upon your stream and performance. The Best part: Whatever scholarship you get, it is applicable throughout the course duration. Also, you may have different scholarship slabs based on 10+2 or Entrance exam, LPU considers the higher one. But please remember that this scholarship slab is available only before August 31, 2020.
