Although there are numerous national level test that one could give for admission to B.Tech course or one can go for LPUNEST is the National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission in various programs in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programs and for some of the program's test is applicable only for a scholarship. LPUNEST Test centers are now in 28 states, 9 Union Territories and also 200 major cities across the country but due to the rise in the daily cases of Covid-19 in different parts of the country, many state governments have put various restrictions to curb the spread of the virus. Considering the scenario of restricted movement and keeping the focus on the safety of the candidates, LPU has extended the option of the Online Remotely Proctored LPUNEST exam from home. The remotely proctored exam will be monitored live through various Artificial Intelligence tools and by the invigilators.
