During the annual meet, most of the discussions revolved around topics such as how to deal with recruiters and companies who do not keep their word, ultimately leading to a disadvantage in the final placement process for students. The institutes also discussed the ways to prevent such cases in future.
The main agenda of Maitri 2018 was to discuss the establishment of All India B-School Placement Committee which will have the same outlook and aim as the AlPC. The B-schools will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the same. The collaborations between the B-schools will work towards improving the overall efficiency of the recruitment process and provide students with relevant job opportunities.
