Creative automobile and machine designs developed by students of ATKU’s engineering college stole the thunder at the convocation ceremony. A special event was organized at the convocation on Monday, January 23, to showcase 14 fabulous designs.
These designs included solar bicycle, vegetable washing machine and solar-powered car. Attendees of the convocation were highly impressed by these models. The highlight of these 14 designs was a formula 1 car that has been designed and build by the students of Ambalika Institute. The developers’ team informed that the car was developed on the college campus.

The team was headed by a student of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Utkarsh Kumar Sharma. Feeling elated at the success of the team, Utkarsh said that it was great to have their work showcased on the convocation ceremony. Another team member, Aman Shukla said that the development process gave him hands-on experience and practical knowledge that will help him further.
The solar powered bicycle and car were set up by the students of School of Management Sciences. An air turbine engine with 5.5 HP (4.1 kW) power capacity was also developed at the School of Management Sciences by none other than the Director, Bharat Raj Singh. This air turbine uses compressed air as fuel.

Another innovation presented at the event was the Air-O-Bike. It is a motorcycle that has been installed with the air turbine engine developed by the director. This model was also presented before the President of India in Lucknow.

Other models presented at the event included a real time location tracking system, e-rickshaw design and development, spy rob, data transmission through visible light, etc.
