Chess players showcase their talent.

Lake has lots of talented students in every field, either it’s in study or in games; students of Lake city showcase their talent in every sports. In Lake City Open, Women Challenger and Under-7 Chess Tournament begin at MDS Public School sector 3. Around 68 players from different colleges and schools took part in the competitions.

Chess tournament organized by Udaipur’s well known chess club – Lakecity Chess Club. Tournament conducted on 31st may. There were more than 200 students and other viewers present for cheering and for encouraging students.

Vice President of Lakecity Chess Club, Mr. Om Sahu has informed that 26 players who took part in the competition are fide rated players. He said that Chess is the game, where you lost within a minute of time, or won within few seconds. He added that previously we organized a five day international chess training camp, after that we organized this competition.

He revealed the minute secrets of the game and he also addressing to players, parents and chess lovers that they will encourage their kids in this mind blowing game. He asked players to give their 100 percent.

Winners of the competition will be awarded with trophy, certificate and cash prizes. The next round of the competition will be continued soon.
