Cooking and Fun with Radisson blu's chef.

It’s time for fun, food, masti, dhamal means full enjoyment for students, cause of summer vacation, so after a full academic session, it was time to unleash the new area of interest that is cooking, for Wittians and we all know that what could be more fulfilling and relaxing than cooking. Students from Witty international School, Udaipur got a chance to boost their cooking and culinary skills under the guidance of a well known Chain of hotel Radisson Blu’s chef, in Udaipur.

In Udaipur, Witty International School established in 2000, with the noble aim of providing education to the youth of India, the Witty Group of Institutions is an Organization founded and promoted by the noted Educationist Couple Dr. Vinay Jain & Dr Raina Jain. Both are Merit Ranker Medical Graduates having converted their passion for education into their profession. Both are well known personalities in the field of education today.

On the cooking day students made some delicious and finger licking recipes like mango cheese cake, almond and oat cookies. They also had a great fun learning a few Libyan dishes such as Falafel with Hummus and tossing together Greek salads.

Students had a splendid time with head chef of the hotel, and also creaming the butter and mixing the ingredients together. They enjoyed the process of molding and freezing the concoction and then in the end devouring the results, of their endeavors. At the end of the day Witty faculty sincerely spread its heartfelt gratitude to Chef Manish Sharma, Chef Prateek Sompura and Chef Neha Tolani for sparing their valuable time for the students.
