High court banned on the selection procedure of stenographer selection exam, conducted by RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission), Court banned the candidates who scored 40% marks in Pre exam.
Magistrate Ajay Rastogi and Magistrate Dinesh Chandra Somani’s bench issued final order on the basis of 11 appeals submitted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Commission challenged the order issued on 2014 by the court on the basis of 11 appeals, in which court said that candidate who obtained 40% should be included for selection.
Commission’s advocate S. N. Kumawat said to court that, firstly commission select candidates who got 40% marks in every question paper, but High Court’s bench ordered for selection of 40% scorer in the basis of Mr. Amar Singh and other’s Appeal, hearing petition and assuming that terms and schedule’s are contradictory.
Notice Issued and asked for answer:- Meanwhile, High Court decision has come on the side of commission on the case of terms and schedule. In such thing, High Court’s both orders are contradictory. Therefore, a total of 40% marks candidate who eligible for selection to be cancel with obeying orders of court. After this, Court stayed on order of Single bench, and asking for answer from petitioners by issuing notices to them.
