Basics of Digital Marketing

The Basics of Digital Marketing course has been developed by Dr Subin Sudhir, an Assistant Professor of Marketing at IIM Indore. The course is offered by the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore and it develops the student's understanding of the digital media and the critical insights to succeed in the field of digital and social media marketing.

Introduction to Retail Management

A course offered by IIM Bangalore, Introduction to Retail Management will help develop your understanding of the retail business model, retail strategy and develop an awareness of how to compete in the retail sector. It is a 6-week course that will start on January 31 and classes will conclude on April 30. The last date to apply for this course is February 28.

Global Marketing Management

Global Marketing Management is an 8-week course offered by IIT Roorkee. The course aims to provide the candidate with an analysis of the global business environment and covers topics such as global marketing research, global pricing, global economic environment etc. The course conducted by Zilur Rahman, a professor at IIT Roorkee, will begin on February 15. Candidates who wish to get a certificate for this course will have to appear for an exam on April 25.

Retail and Channel Management

Another online course offered by DAVV Indore, this is a 12-week course focusing on the basics of retail, store management and branding. The instructors for this course are Yamini Karmarkar and Geeta Nema and it will cover topics such as retail channel management customer relationship management, retail formats, sales promotion etc. February 28 is the last date to apply.

Customer Relationship Management

Customer Relationship Management is a 6-week course offered by IIM Bangalore that focuses on equipping candidates with the skills to be implemented for long-term profitability. The course covers a wider range of topics used in CRM including the introduction, economics, applications, its implementation and use etc. Professor Shainesh G. of IIM Bangalore will be the instructor for this course.
