Ria Thimmaiahgari, a student from the Indus International School Hyderabad has bagged the perfect score of 45/45 in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) final examinations which are equivalent to class 12th board examinations. It is the highest score that one can achieve in IBDP.
Apart from her, five other students from the same school have managed to score above 40. Ishita Chawla and Abhishek Deb Bathina have scored 43, followed by Siddharth Thumati and Paavan Anish Varma Alluri with 41 scores and Shagun Dhanania has secured 40.

In a press statement, Ria has given all the credit to her school, teachers and parents for her perfect score. She said that the reason for her success is her parents who were always very encouraging and the support of teachers and guidance helped her to be well-prepared for the exam.
Ria has been studying at Indus International School, Hyderabad since class 7th and is looking forward to pursuing her majors in Biomedical Engineering from the prestigious Duke University in the United States.
