I am sure that AACSB accreditation will improve our international linkages and provide new global cooperation opportunities. According to IIM Lucknow, AACSB's accreditation encourages new ways of thinking in business education around the world and, as a result, just 5% of the world's schools have received a bachelor's degree or higher. "AACSB accreditation honours organisations with an emphasis on excellence in all fields, including teaching, testing, curriculum development, and student learning," said Stephanie M Bryant, AACSB International Executive Vice President and Chief Accreditation Officer.
AACSB accreditation offers a framework of fifteen international standards against which business schools worldwide measure the quality of their education services. AACSB-accredited schools in the business education sector have successfully undergone a comprehensive peer-review process, to ensure they have the tools, skills and dedication required to provide first-rate, forward-looking business education to students.
Bryant said that "IIM Lucknow's commitment to winning accreditation is a true reflection of their dedication — not only to their alumni networks, students and a larger business community but to the higher education sector as a whole," IIM-L professor in charge International Accreditation said getting the accreditation is a result of their collective effort to set up world-class processes.
