IITs, NITs and IIMs Losing Their Charm As Some Lack Campuses

Studying at an IIT or IIM is like a dream come true but conditions are applied. The condition is that students do not want to take admission in the following branches because they do not even have a campus.

  • IIM Ranchi
  • IIT Jodhpur
  • IIT Ropar
  • IIT Bhubaneswar
  • NIT Goa
  • NIT Uttarakhand
  • NIT Sikkim

These institutes and many other that were established in the years between 2008 and 2010 do not have permanent campuses. The main things that are required to establish a good facility are missing like:

  • Laboratories
  • Libraries
  • Enough Classrooms
  • Hostels
  • Teacher’s Quarters

These institutes do not have enough funds to establish such an establishment or they cannot find a land for the campus.

Apart from IITs, IIMs and NITs, some central universities are also experiencing the same problem. Following are the names:

  • University of South Bihar
  • University of Gujarat
