KEA has released the schedule and ranks for the Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2022 for candidates to complete the document verification process to be eligible for the counselling process.
Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2022: Based on the Karnataka PGCET 2022 Results declared on December 29, 2022, the candidates are advised to complete the document verification at the nearest Helpline Centre. Rank 1 to last rank candidates is required to go through the document verification process to be eligible for registrations for the counselling rounds. Candidates will have to report to the helpline centres as per their rank on the scheduled date and time slot. Each day from January 3rd to 13th, 2023, the document verification for Karnataka PGCET 2022 will be conducted in four shifts: Shift 1- 9:30 am to 11:00 am, Shift 2- 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, Shift 3- 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and Shift 4- 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm.

Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2022: Important Instructions
Here are some of the important instructions to be followed as per Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for the Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2022 process:- If candidates have obtained several ranks, the highest rank should be considered and reported to the helpline centres accordingly.
- Candidates may note that the helpline centres are available at Bangalore, Belagavi, Shimoga, Mysore, Mangalore, Kalburgi, Dharwad, Davangere, and Bijapur. Candidates may also check the detailed address for the helpline centres at the official website or through the link below.

- While reporting to the helpline centres, candidates mandatorily shall possess the original documents as well as a set of photocopied documents attested by a gazetted officer.
- Further, non-Karnataka candidates, Sponsored Quota candidates, and GATE candidates shall necessarily report to the Bangalore helpline centres only. Other candidates may report to the nearest helpline centre to complete the Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2022.
- Candidates should be physically present in person for the document verification process. In case of any discrepancy in the document verification process, the candidates will be considered ineligible to participate in the registration process for admission. So, it is advised to go through the process carefully.
