Selection & Counselling after KIITEE (M.Tech)

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT University) conducts Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) for the admission to Master of Technology (M.Tech) course. The candidates can check the details about the selection and counselling process here.

Selection Procedure: -

• The candidates need to qualify in the entrance examination, i.e., KIITEE.
• However, the candidates who score more than 400 marks in GATE examination need not appear for KIITEE examination.
• The selection will be made as per merit, i.e., the marks secured by the candidates in the GATE or KIITEE.
• However, while carrying out the selection process, GATE candidates will be given the first preference.
• If there are any seats vacant after granting admissions to GATE candidates, the candidates who qualified KIITEE will be given admission.
• However, there is a separate quota for GATE & KIITEE.

Counselling Procedure: -

• The candidates who are granted admissions by merit list will be called for counselling.
• These candidates need to attend for the counselling and get their certificates verified.
• These candidates need to carry all the required documents.
• The candidates need to confirm their admission by paying the admission fee during the counselling process.
