We cordially invite you to participate and/or contribute papers to a UGC sponsored National Seminar on “Frontiers in Modern Physics” on

November 21 and 22, 2016, organized by theDepartment of Physics, Jogamaya Devi College.

Please share this information with colleagues and friends. It is our fervent hope that the seminar will culminate into a fruitful academic exercise in the august presence of learned academicians, scientists and researchers.

Physics in modern era is sparkling with pathbreaking discoveries ranging from the magic of low-dimensional quantum systems in nano and mesoscopic range to the phenomenal discoveries of Higgs boson and gravitational waves, resolved and unresolved mysteries in the science of biomolecules etc. We wish to share the excitement of these with the participants of the seminar.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Empirical research papers written in English in MS word / LA-TEX are invited from academicians, researchers and others. The acceptance of the abstracts will be informed to the author(s) through

their e-mail ID. Abstracts should be sent to

fmp.jdc@gmail.com .

GUIDELINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS AND ABSTRACTS

An abstract of not more than 300 words along with 3-4 key words should be submitted mentioning the title of the paper, full name(s), affiliation(s), e-mail addresses and phone number(s) of the author(s). Full paper are to be submitted electronically

within 3000 words.
