GATE Application Form 2023 is now available on the official website at gate.iitk.ac.in for candidates to fill out the application form. It is advised that candidates should check the eligibility criteria before applying. The Application Forms will be available online until September 30, 2022, however, with late fees candidates will be able to submit the forms till October 7, 2022. As per the schedule, the GATE 2023 exams will be conducted in February 2023. GATE 2023 Important Instructions
Before filling out the GATE 2023 Application Form, here are some important points to note:
- Candidates from all educational backgrounds are eligible to apply for GATE 2023. Final Year students may also apply.
- GATE 2023 Application Form will only be available online.
- Candidates may choose ONE or TWO Papers to appear for the GATE 2023 examination. The authorities have listed a total of 82 combinations that candidates may select from a total of 29 subjects.
- While choosing papers, candidates must choose their first preference as the most preferred course, and only then choose their second preference. The Conducting body, IIT Kanpur may scrap any combination of papers deemed necessary without any prior information. In such cases, candidates' first preference will be the main and only subject.
- GATE 2023 will be conducted across 219 cities and towns of India, and also in a few international cities.
- GATE 2023 Scorecard will be valid for 3 years from the date of publication.
- Also, there is no age limit to apply for GATE 2023. However, candidates are advised to check the exam pattern before filling the exam paper.
