ICAI has decided to reschedule the CA Exam 2020 Intermediate and IPC CA Inter and Final Exam 2020 which are to take place on 24th and 25th November 2020 due to cyclones in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to reschedule the CA Exam 2020 Intermediate and IPC CA Inter and Final Exam 2020 are scheduled to take place on 24th and 25th November 2020 due to cyclones in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The exam will now take place on 9th and 11th December 2020.
This decision of rescheduling of ICAI CA exams is taken in view of heavy rains due to the Nivar cyclone. The institute has decided to reschedule the exam in cities such as Chennai, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Karaikudi, Kumbakonam, Nagapattinam, Pudukkottai, Tiruvallur & Villupuram, and Puducherry (U.T).
CA Intermediate & IPC Exam will be held on December 9, 2020, and CA Final (Old & New) Exam 2020 shall be held on December 11, 2020.ICAI admit card 2020 which was released earlier is validfor the rescheduled date. No new admit card will be issued for the exams taking place on 9th and 11th December 2020 clarified ICAI. CA exam date for other states and cities will remain the same.
Meanwhile, there is also a The opt-out facility for the ICAI CA exam will be available for ICAI CA exam centers and places of residence of CA aspirants which turn out to be the containment zones from November 21 to December 14.
