The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination is the national level education board has partnered with Sports Authority of India, through the LaLakshmibai National College of Physical Education to introduce an online training programme for the PE coaches and teachers in its affiliated schools.
According to the official statement of the ICSE, the Sports Authority of India will hold a 21-day online training of PE community coaches and teachers. At the end of the online training session, there will be an online assessment on the basis of which a digital certificate will be issued by SAI. Applicants can register online for the same by visiting the official website of CISCE.
The training programme will start on May 1st, 2020, and will take place from Monday to Friday for 21 days via Zoom or Facebook. The details regarding the training session will be updated on http://fitindia.gov.in website before April 30, 2020.
The coordinators for the online training programme Sujit Panigrahi and Dr Usha S Nair. The course details will have all the details about fitness, nutrition, physical literary, community sports coaching and other important aspects.

This initiative of Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination and Sports Authority of India will help enhance the skills of PE teachers and community coaches in terms of online training and will also promote a fit lifestyle.
