However, stress does not help any student score high in an examination. Stay Away from Social Media

Chatting on social media or continuously watching reels will not only hamper your studies but also increase anxiety and cause exhaustion. 

Do not Compare

Comparing your preparation with your friends who are also attempting NEET UG 2022 will lead you down a rabbit hole from where it will be increasingly difficult to get out. Some peers might be way ahead with their schedule and onto their second or third round of revision, unlike you who might be in their first round only. Comparing with them will cause anxiety and harm your potential to study and complete the revision.

It also aids in getting you to let go of excess stress and calm down. When coupled with short breaks where you can go for a walk or talk to your mentors, this strategy can beat all the stress and the blues in the world.
