  • Candidates applying to Jesus Mary College and St.Stephens's College will be required to fill two application forms.

Candidates planning to apply to Jesus and Mary College and St.Stephen’s College will be required to first fill the centralised DU registration form and then use the application number to fill the respective college form. The candidates are required to do so both these colleges are Christian minority institutes of Delhi University.

However, candidates applying to the four Sikh minority colleges such as Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College of Commerce, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, are not required to fill the two application forms.

In the Sikh minority colleges, 50% seats are reserved for Sikh candidates. These colleges are under the supervision of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). Students seeking admission under the category of the Sikh minority will be required to submit their minority certificate issued by DSGMC.

The last date of online registration for St. Stephen’s College is 10th June. 50% seats in the college are reserved for Christian candidates. As per the prospectus of the college, a prospective candidate should not include physical education, fine arts, environmental education, home science, graphics and other vocational subjects in their best-of-four marks.

On the other hand, the online registration process for Jesus and Mary college will close on 7th June. According to the official website of the college, candidates can only fill one form and mark three preferences on it. It also says that 50% of the seats are reserved for Christian candidates. It is mandatory for candidates to have studied mathematics in Class 12 for admissions to B.Com (Hons) and Economics (Hons).

Candidates applying for History (Hons), Sociology (Hons) and Political science (Hons) will get an advantage of 2% in best-of-four aggregate if they include the respective subjects in their best four. To make the admission process easier for candidates, JMC has also released a list of 28 academic subjects that can be included by the students in the best-of-four.
