For the admissions to the Rajasthan Basic School Teaching Course or commonly known as the Rajasthan BSTC, the first list for the counselling round was expected to be released today, 1st of August 2019. However, the administration is yet to upload and update the official website. The candidates who had appeared for the examination can check the first list of the Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2019 on the official website of the Rajasthan BSTC.
The selected or shortlisted candidates will be asked to make the payments for the respective admission fees by 2nd to 5th August 2019. However, in the case of delay in the release of the first counselling list of Rajasthan BSTC, the dates for making the payment will also be postponed, with respect to the announcement of the counselling list. The candidates who are interested in applying for the ‘upward movement’ option will be able to do so from 6th-8th August 2019.

Sources state that over 7 lakh students had appeared for the Pre-D.El.Ed examination in Rajasthan. The result of the examination had been released almost a month ago on 3rd July 2019. They added that this year, admissions to the course is to be completed in 1,550 Government-run colleges and a whopping 19,370 privately-run colleges out of the many education colleges in Rajasthan.

The admissions to the course are done on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the examination. Candidates from the general category who had been able to achieve a minimum score of 50% in the examination were shortlisted, meanwhile, candidates belonging to the reserved category needed 45% to be shortlisted for the same.
