    • As per the first reactions of the students, they found Physics to be tougher than that of Session 1 but Mathematics, though still not easy, was still better than that of Session 1. Chemistry too was tougher than January with more weightage on Physical Chemistry.
    • The theoretical questions from Physical chemistry were directly NCERT-based. However, the numerical problems were more application-based.
    • There were 5 questions from Biomolecules, Polymers, Environmental Science, etc. JEE Main-specific topics.
    • The questions from Vectors & 3D were easy. Three questions were asked from it.
    • Physics was said to be at NEET-level, tougher than Session 1.
    • There were questions from the Binomial Theorem (3 questions), Mathematical Reasoning, Applications of Integration and Derivation (4 to 5 questions).
    • In Physics, there were questions from wave optics, mechanics, electrodynamics, magnetism, etc. The Physics Section was mainly formula-based but there were some application-based questions as well.

    • In Chemistry, 6 to 7 questions were direct theory-and-NCERT-based while the rest of the questions required more understanding of the concepts.
    • In Physics, 4 to 5 questions were direct formula-based and were rated to be easy.
    • The Mathematics subject was said to be lengthy and toughest out of the three subjects. Some of the questions were very tricky while about 3 to 4 questions were direct.
    • An equally divided weightage was given to JEE Main-specific topics for all three subjects. Each had about 4 to 5 questions from these topics.
    • Chemistry had questions from d-block, p-block, environmental chemistry, qualitative salt analysis, etc. The weightage in chemistry was not concentrated on a few topics only but was rather divided throughout the syllabus.
    • Physics had questions from electromagnetism and mechanics mainly.
    • Maths had about 3 questions from integration, while the majority of the questions were asked from binomial theorem, vectors & 3D, differentiation, functions, permutations and combinations, etc.
