The most important quick tips which will improve your performance in the paper at these last days are given here:- During your revision, read the topics and develop an in-depth understanding of the concepts. About 46% of the paper will have direct questions based on understanding of the concepts and 22% of the paper will have application-based questions.
- Do not leave out the formulas. 32% of the paper will be formula-based numericals.
- Do not forget to write the units. It can make you lose marks even if you have answered the rest of the question correctly. About one mark will be deducted if the unit is not written wherever required, especially in numerical questions.
- Solve the previous years’ papers. It will give you an idea about the expected difficulty level set by CBSE and the type of questions asked. Many times, the questions are repeated as well.
- Prepare a time-management strategy by referring to CBSE 10th science sample question paper 2023. Earlier papers must not be used as a reference for the paper pattern. They are only practice questions.
- Go through the solution given by the board. For numericals, know how each step is presented and if the theory answers are written in paragraph or bullet format. Know the expected word count for each question type and closely follow accordingly.
